Application Brochure

The text of the current brochure was revised and graphically redesigned. A tear-off notepad with a checklist is integrated into the brochure in order to provide a place where patients can record their complaints. Patients can use the checklist to record the location and severity of their symptoms and later pass them onto the doctor.
